Alright ... Alright ...

Okay ~ I have been HORRIBLE at blogging in the past few months

(and I mean horrible, when was my last post?!!?! like, November? Sadly, true)

Well, I am back to poppin' and enjoying every minute of it!

(Below ~ a birthday order for a customer ~ beautiful colors ~ simple, yet cute!)

I have re-dedicated myself to the "paperwork" end of Piece of Cake ~ today (alone) I have updated my computer files from 2011 to 2012 (ah, can you EVEN believe it's 2012?!?! I certainly remember partyin' like it's '99 ... eek!).

I have also set aside some time each week to try a create a new variety of cake pops, re-try some old ones, and update this thingy we call a blog (for real, who came up with the term BLOG?! It does not even sound appetizing ... but alas, I must follow herd and go along with it as well!)

First up, PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE POPS ~ from a customer request ~ I will be attempting the first batch of these cute little nuggets tomorrow ~ wish me luck ~ and keep posted to see how they turn out! (I sure hope they will be added to the list!)
