Pineapple Upside Down Pops

I cannot take credit for these DELICIOUS pops ~ a friend of mine had suggested them, and I thought the idea was fabulous! The recipe was simple (and only required a little tweaking) and they came together so quickly!

I LOVE the gold glitter dust on the top of the pop ~ really makes that "pineapple" ring glisten,
just like a real carmelized pineapple ring in the name-sake cake.
