SO, even though we like to pretend we are knee-deep in Spring, turns out we are just knee-deep in more snow! That's okay, because if it can't be Spring outside (although it is VERY near, I can feel it in my bones!) it can definately be Spring in my kitchen: WELCOME SPRING!!!
Tulip CAKE POPS are popping up everywhere! Aren't they just so stinkin' cute?!?! And oh, yes ... did you realize that Mother's Day is just around the corner? I didn't forget ... I look forward to that special day more than most!
I have not come across a single person that does not LOVE a cupcake ~ so what's not to love about one of
Piece of Cake's newest trials ... the MINI CUPCAKE!
I am sad (NOT REALLY) to say that these two cutesie trial cupcakes did not survive ...
We ate them up just as soon as the kids went to bed!
Don't feel too bad for my kiddos - they get a few cake pops a week from my failure pile :)
