What I've been making lately ... (and eating ...)

Anyone who knows me, knows that I LOVE to bake (NOT COOK) and LOVE pretty much anything sweet.  I am quite sure I could live on chocolate ~ maybe I should try that experiment soon ... hmmm ...

Well, anyway, I have stumbled upon my new found love the

CAKE POP!

I just can't stop creating these little nuggets of love on a stick - they are so darn cute and (not to mention) scrumptous! 

 Each bite is filled with moist, squishy cake, and a hard candy or chocolate coating ... they even come in seasonal cuteness:
